Initial Consultation (In Person)

Your initial consultation lasts 55 minutes and takes place at The Open Practice in Basingstoke, a CQC-registered clinic.

Before your appointment, you will be asked to complete a questionnaire covering your medical history, current medications and menopause symptoms. This helps us make the most of your consultation time.

During the appointment, we will discuss your symptoms and any concerns you may have. You will receive personalised, evidence-based guidance and treatment options tailored to your needs.

Pharmacies: I work with CloudRx and Pharmacierge.

Laboratory tests: Any blood tests are arranged directly by you. For local phlebotomy, I recommend Medichecks at Superdrug in Basingstoke; for home testing, Blue Horizon or London Medical Laboratory.

Sharing with your GP: Following your consultation, you will receive a written summary of our discussion and recommendations, prepared as a letter for your GP, within 3–5 working days. I recommend sharing a copy so everyone involved in your care is kept informed.

Appointment times: I consult on Mondays and Thursdays, mornings and afternoons. After payment you will be able to choose your appointment date and time. If no suitable time is available, I will refund you in full.

Follow-up Consultation (In Person)

Follow-up consultation lasts 30 minutes and takes place at The Open Practice in Basingstoke, a CQC-registered clinic.

This appointment is designed to review your progress, adjust your treatment plan if needed and address any ongoing concerns.

You will receive a written summary, prepared as a letter you can share with your GP.

Appointment times: I consult on Mondays and Thursdays, mornings and afternoons. After payment you will be able to choose your appointment date and time. If no suitable time is available, I will refund you in full.
